Charles,
I, being a Kentucky Mason, apologize for this situation. I agree that times have changed and PH recognition is far overdue for my state, but I do have a question concerning this predicament. Did you obtain a demit from your previous lodge in Bowling Green, or do you have a dual membership? I would think that if you demitted from their lodge and joined the GL of NY, then KY's GL would have no jurisdiction here. Feel free to email me, as I would love to help out in any way I can. I am on good terms with one of our PGM's and could speak with him on the matter if you feel it could help. He is progressively minded by the way.

Fraternally Thine,
Blessed Beggar

Ditto. And if you need the assistance of a lawyer and Mason from Kansas, please do not hesitate to contact me.

WOW, what a bunch of crap! Are we not all Brothers, regardless of color? It's truly a shame!

However, since, as I understand it, your a member of a New York lodge, can't you just demit from Kentucky, and say to **** with them?

Anon, it depends on the Kentucky Constitution. Locally, someone up on Masonic charges may not demit.

I see that you don't allow detractors to post as my rebuttal was never given. Could you at least be fair and post please....
